BLUBIRD processes orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods such as sales or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or public holidays. BLUBIRD is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
BLUBIRD is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged after being handed over to the courier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BLUBIRD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assess the issue and assist you accordingly.
