FAQ

Will it cut me?
No. The blade is designed with a skin-safe guard that prevents direct contact. It trims to 0.5mm without touching the surface of your skin. Safe for your most sensitive areas.
How does the vacuum actually work?
A small motor creates suction around the blade. As hair is trimmed, it gets pulled into the chamber. When you're done, pop the chamber open and tap it out. Takes about 3 seconds.
What's in the box?
The Suckaa trimmer, two guard combs (3mm and 6mm), a USB-C charging cable and a cleaning brush.
How loud is it?
Under 50 decibels. That's quieter than a normal conversation. You can use it at night without waking anyone up.
Can I use it in the shower?
Yes. The Suckaa is IPX6 waterproof. Use it in the shower, rinse it under the tap, no damage. Just don't submerge it completely.
Can I use it on my face?
Yes. It works on your face, neck, chest, arms, legs, and everywhere in between. It was designed for sensitive areas first, so your face is easy mode.
How long does the battery last?
90 minutes on a full charge. For most guys that's weeks of use before you need to plug it in again. Charges via USB-C.
How do I replace the blade?
The blade cartridge pops off and snaps on. No tools needed. Replacement blades are available in the Refills section of our store.
How often should I replace the blade?
Every 3 months. Not because it stops cutting, but because it doesn't stay clean. The blade sits against skin and holds clipped hair in a damp chamber. A fresh edge every quarter is basic hygiene, especially below the belt.
